The right decision

Working with Marty was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! As first-time homebuyers in East Tennessee, we were a bit nervous about the process, but Marty made everything seamless. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and dedication to finding us the perfect home truly exceeded our expectations. We were moving from out of state, and I was on a work trip 18 time zones away through the whole process. He patiently answered all our questions, provided valuable insights, and advocated for us every step of the way. We bought our house sight unseen, but because Marty went to every home on our list to take detailed videos and commentary, we felt much more comfortable making the right decision. In fact, the home we wound up purchasing wasn’t in our top 3, but when Marty saw this home, he advised that it be our number 1. Because of the enduring trust he had built with us through the process, we took his advice and thank goodness we did. We wound up closing on our dream home and couldn’t be happier with the location! Thank you Marty!

There are not enough words to describe our amazing experience with Marty. We moved from Florida to Tennessee and struggled to find a realtor that would call you back or even wanted to bother with a new client, constantly getting voicemails or handed off to other realtors. We found out Marty is also from Florida, has an amazing approach and work ethic, unlike tennessee realtors or most realtors in general. He is a realtor that will call you back, speak with you by phone when asked, needed or urgent and not rely simply on text and email which can be impersonal. Marty understands urgency in a hot market, moving quick and having your best interest in mind. He is what TRUE customer service is and should be! When we met Marty for the first time, he asked to see what our existing house looked like to see our style and how we lived, interested in getting to know us personally. He shared his story on why he chose real estate, who he is and what he brings to the table. The first house we saw with him he spotted serious crawlspace/foundation issues which we did not notice and could have cost us a fortune or even wasted time after putting in an offer and discovering after inspection. Our new home and new future could not have been possible without his professionalism, help and dedication. Marty is truly passionate about what he does and is in it to genuinely help people, with honesty and a smile on his face. He has earned the title of not only our realtor but also our friend. Fantastic realtor

Not sure where to start with Marty. I am an out-of-Towner looking for a very, very specific home PLUS, my home had to be worked on so I could not just up and drive 4+ hours to see a home. So Marty went to many, many homes and video-taped them for me! He went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping me in that respect. Then, when my home sold, I was coming to TN IN 4 days and he got me booked to see the homes I wanted to see! It was THAT trip I found my forever, peaceful home. He then guided me through every step remotely! FANTASTIC REALTOR!

Breath of fresh air

Working with Marty was an absolute pleasure. It's nice to know when a realtor has your best interest in mind and is not just out to make a commission. Also as busy as he is he always returned my calls in a timely manor or would even drop what he was doing to tend to my needs.
